Times are tough all over. And no one knows that better than world-acclaimed Beatles author Jude Southerland Kessler and her husband, who have endured two lengthy job layoffs in the past 3 years. Now, with her husband settling into a new job, Jude is recognizing that so many others are still struggling. So, she has lowered the price of the first two books in her John Lennon Series.
Kessler's expanded biographies on the life of John Lennon, Shoulda Been There and Shivering Inside, were originally priced at $29.95. They are both now $19.95 if bought through her website, which has also been recently updated with a new name to be the official website for her nine book series on the life of John Lennon, www.JohnLennonSeries.com.
Jude has spent over 20 years and made seven trips to Liverpool to research her comprehensive and thorough biographies on the life of John Lennon. Her first book Shoulda Been There, covers Lennon's life from 1940 to December 1961 when the Beatles hired Brian Epstein as their manager. Jude's second novel in the series, Shivering Inside continues Lennon story from December 1961 to April 1963 when John's son Julian was born. She is currently working on her third book, She Loves You, which is due for publication in October 2013.
Jude said, "Not many people can afford an expensive book in this economy. I thought this might help."
