Fans to gather in Hollywood for John Lennon's birthday on Tuesday [Posted by Adam Forrest on Saturday, 10/06/12 9:17 am] [Full Blog] [Tweet] [Facebook] John Lennon and Beatles fans are invited to a celebration of John Lennon's birthday on Tuesday, October 9 to celebrate the 72nd birthday of the late legendary singer, songwriter and former Beatle. The event will take place starting 6:00 PM at Lennon's Hollywood Walk of Fame Star located at 1750 North Vine Street in front of the Capitol Records building. Breakfast With the Beatles radio host Chris Carter will lead a special birthday cake-cutting ceremony. Fans of all ages are invited to bring candles and flowers to place around John's star, and are also invited to perform songs and poems, and share John Lennon remembrances.
