|George Harrison birthday celebrations in Hollywood and Rochester|

The annual George Harrison Public Birthday Celebration in honor of the "quiet Beatle" will take place 6:00 PM on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at Harrison's Hollywood Walk of Fame star in front of the Capitol Records Tower Building in Hollywood.
The free-to-the-public event will feature music and poetry performed by Harrison and Beatles fans, as well as a highlighted cake-cutting ceremony led by Chris Carter, radio host of Breakfast With the Beatles.
Fans are invited to bring flowers, candles, photos, peace symbols and other decorations to place around Harrison's star.

Also, fans in the Rochester area are invited to come out and celebrate as they salute George Harrison on Tuesday, February 24th, 2015 at the Abilene Bar & Lounge as Don Christiano presents The 3Rd Annual George Harrison's Birthday Celebration (With A Little Help From My Friends).

The celebration will featuring all George songs, Beatles and solo. Hosted by Don Christiano, there will be lots of Special Guests including Ray Paul, Tom Passamonte, Steve Lyons, Steve Tortoretti, Jim Lane, Spencer Christiano, Dan Eilenberg, Doc Fischetto, Kerry Regan, Todd Bradley, Mark Bradley, Mara Dady, Steve Piper, Mike Wittek and more!
There will be no cover charge, showtime is 8 PM. The Abilene Bar and Lounge is located at 153 Liberty Pole Way in Rochester, NY.
