Oh Ringo.
I would love to know about your life. I can read about the
other three anytime. Your life has always been sort of a mystery. Please, won't you please change your mind? If not for the fans, for your children and grandchildren.

You're right Ringo, there's a phrase I once heard that rings true (pun intended); Never meet your idols. The same goes for reading about them. I like The Beatles as a group & some solo material from all four but could care less about how many women, drugs & alcohol were consumed in the process while seeking or acquiring fame. Kind of wish I didn't know what I do, really. Then again, it's the ugly truth that makes you realize you have to separate the music from sheer idolotry.
