Beatles filmmaker Cevin Soling to appear at Beatles symposium
Walnut Ridge, AR -- Beatles at the Ridge 2017 is proudly announcing the appearance of Cevin Soling as its Featured Filmmaker for the "Beatles Authors and Artists Symposium" in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, on Saturday, September 16, 2017.
Soling will be previewing segments of his new film, "The Summer of Hate," which focuses on The Beatles and the backlash against them during their final tour in 1966. After the film, Soling will talk with fans about the research and interviews he conducted to put the documentary together. He'll also conduct a Q & A session.

Cevin Soling is an award-winning documentary filmmaker whose films have appeared on HBO, Showtime, The BBC, PBS, MTV, The Sundance Channel, The Documentary Channel, and The Learning Channel, as well as in theaters. He has been a featured guest on The Colbert Report, The Kennedy Show, and The Dr. Nancy Show. Soling is appearing at the Fest for Beatles Fans in New York, in March.

This year, getting to meet Cevin Soling in person and to preview his film before it's even released to the public: what a thrill! Beatles fans coming to BATR will get a glimpse into this brand new, exciting project from the eyes of its creator. Beatles at the Ridge is honored to be a part of Cevin's journey."
Also featured at Beatles at the Ridge's Symposium this year is Bruce Spizer, author of more than 8 noted Beatles books including The Beatles are Coming! and The Beatles Story on Capitol Records (Vols. 1 and 2).
In addition, also appearing will be artist Enoch Doyle Jeter, Artist in Residence at the University of Louisiana, Monroe, LA. Jeter did 14 original stone lithographs for She Loves You, Vol. 3 in The John Lennon Series as well as the cover for Dr. Kit O'Toole's book Songs We Were Singing: Guided Tours Through The Beatles Lesser-Known Tracks.
